Meet Our Behavior Consultants

In our last blog post, we had the privilege of talking with clinical supervisor and consultant, Jessica Rabadeux. Today, we’re digging in to meet the rest of the crew on our behavior management department.


Crystal Havins


Crystal graduated from USC School of Social work and has a master’s of social work. She is an LSW and is MRT certified. Crystal was inspired to work in this field due to a family history of mental health and addiction issues. She’s currently very involved in her community with nonprofit organizations and fundraising efforts. Much of her time is spent donating her therapy services to those in need.


Jena Rejak


Jena has a master’s in psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis. She has always wanted to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, even from a young age. Jena said, “In elementary school, I helped one of our neighbors with special needs get on and off the bus. Then in high school I would babysit every day for a child with Down Syndrome.” When she’s not working, Jena and her husband are very involved with their church where she sings in the praise band. She also enjoys spending time with her husband watching movies, listening to music, hanging with her family, and of course her fur baby, Zimmer.


Melissa Fisher


Melissa has a master’s degree in psychology from Indiana Tech. She is not only academically driven, but spiritually motivated. She is the pastor at Fait United Methodist Church. Between caring for her clients and her church wholeheartedly, Melissa keeps herself busy. She was inspired to start her career within the social services field thanks to her desire to help others. When Melissa isn’t investing in those within her community, she loves to travel internationally.


Tricia Sterns


Tricia has earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ball State University. Her degrees are in social work and applied behavior analysis. She is a licensed bachelor social worker (LBSW). When asked what her inspiration was to pursue these degrees, Tricia responded, “Watching my mom volunteer and learning from SCAN as a child inspired me to be interested in social work and helping individuals and families.” Tricia has experience working with individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth and families, and medical social work. Her hobbies include being with her family and watching her kids play sports along with decorating, traveling, and watching movies.


Kyle Alcock


Kyle has several years of experience working with at-risk youth in a multitude of environments. He earned his master’s degree from Grace College in interpersonal relations. He has worked for many years within the school and probation system and is trained in PBIS, CBT, and Mandt. Kyle entered this field with a desire to inspire confidence in others and to teach skills that will foster real and lasting change. When he’s not busy at work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He’s also proud to have summited Long’s Peak, one of Colorado’s famous 14,000-foot mountain peaks.


Stephanie Jones


Stephanie has over 10 years of work experience within social services. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Jackson State University. Stephanie has extensive experience in inpatient work, group and individual therapies, foster care, and more. She is trained in CBT, DBT, and play therapy. Stephanie is passionate about working with others on self-esteem, anger management, and social skills. She is always calm, cool, and collected in a crisis.


Heidi Augusburger


Heidi obtained her master’s degree in mental health counseling from Huntington University. Her determination to continue learning and to strive for her best is shown in her devotion to this field. With extensive experience in social services, she is a huge asset to the Sky Point family. Heidi is currently working toward her PhD in general psychology, which she’s expected to complete this October. Heidi is also an active member within her community and spends time volunteering her skills for several organizations.


Monique Sharp


Monique is a driven woman. She has earned two master's degrees: one in psychology and the other in divinity with a concentration on Christian counsel. Monique is a vibrant asset to the Sky Point family and she resonates a love for others wherever she goes. She is experienced in group and pastoral counseling with vast experience in behavioral, psychological, and emotional issues. Monique works with children, adolescents and adults.


Heather Smith


Heather graduated from Purdue with a master's degree in counseling specializing in a school setting. She has previous experience working as a school counselor where she initiated and implemented a school-wide program that included bullying prevention and career awareness. Heather is passionate about our community's youth and it shows in her work and relationships with clients and families alike.


Erica Pearson


Erica holds a master's degree in psychology from Indiana Tech. She has a wealth of experience including behavior modification, leadership, management, crisis intervention, and training. Erica is passionate about her work and the well-being of each of her clients. She has a fantastic sense of humor an is sure to bring this wonderful aspect of her personality into her work.
